30-Day Peace Promise
If Sonura isn't right for you, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
To start a return, email us at support@sonuradrum.com. Once approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your item. Please note — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something's wrong, contact us immediately at support@sonuradrum.com and we'll sort it out fast.
Exchanges
Want a different color? Return your item once approved, then place a new order. It's the quickest way to get what you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add a few extra days on their end. If 15 business days have passed with no refund, contact us at support@sonuradrum.com.
EU Customers
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed. Standard condition requirements apply.
